in the west

bowing gracefully away

relinquishing its hold on day

heralding the moon to take its place

and the stars to light the sky

Sunset in my heart

and yet hope is not lost.

As I await the moon to light the …

let the dark clouds give way

for it is sunrise at bay

In it’s orangy glow

peeping from the clouds

paying homage to moonlight’s reign

making its way to majestically light up the day.

blessing the flowers to bloom and the birds to sing

heralding newness …

Away in a rush like the ocean’s currents

Washing everything past memorable conditions

Hush!

Do not make unforeseen promises

For I am not the I am

That you should dump your passions on!

It’s an ancient world of blue and green
of death and catastrophe
it’s a world that calls and beckons with ease
singly softly in your ears
and mesmerizing you to your death
what is so beautiful about the sea? 

See the sunset play with sea
